Since I was a young girl growing up in Grenada I was blessed and guided by my Grandmother in the ways of connecting with spirit and the ancestors. From an early age this allowed me to understand the deep connections we all hold with our ancestors and spirit guides.
As we navigate our day to day lives, and the challenges we face along the way, I was taught through the practices of my ancestors of gaining more clarity and wisdom from those who have come before us, to help provide clarity and healing as we move forward.
